At Peak Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality products and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products purchased through our website or in-store.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, including skincare, cosmetics, beauty tools, and personal care items, we cannot guarantee the integrity or safety of products once they have left our possession. For this reason, all purchases are considered final upon completion of the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at PeakBeautyStudio@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Peak Beauty Studio reserves the right to deny claims submitted outside of the required notification period or without sufficient documentation.
